* Communications are through email
* Reference pictures can be emailed to CATBEAR.EXE@GMAIL.COM
* Client is strictly PROHIBITED from using commissioned artwork to train/generate/create AI models or algorithms* Artwork may not be used as input for any artificial intelligence/machine learning/automated generation systems (includes but not limited to: AI image generators, style transfer tools, any AI base creative software)
* Client will have 3 free adjustment requests after the full resolution has been completed and transferred. Adjustments after 3 will incur a $10 fee per additional modification to the final product.
* Full resolution will be sent upon completion/satisfaction
* 30% Deposit required upfront to initiate commission
* Violation of this clause constitutes breach of contract and may result in legal action
